Gold Derby Launched on 4th October 1988, originally called GEM-AM, this is a station which broadcasts oldies from the 60's and 70's. The station is part of GCap's Gold Network. The 945khz frequency is primarily for the Derby area, as the station also broadcasts on 999khz in Nottingham.Also available on Digital Radio in the Leicester and Nottingham areas

Talk Sport National talk station, launched on 14th February 1995. Broadcasts on the old AM frequecies of Radio 1. Originally it broadcast all sorts of phone ins and topical debates, but recently has become devoted to sport, at least during most of the day.
