NAPALM DEATH / THE CODE IS RED

The godfathers of Grindcore are back and how, Napalm Death have released some groundbreaking albums over he best part of 20 years and although they have released some good albums over the last 10 years, this is without doubt the best they have done in the last decade.

So what makes me say such a thing, well for a start there is nothing new here but the band are not treading water either, they have re kindled their passion for what they do best, ROCK and boy does it show in the way they execute the songs. All the tracks are filled with the passion and aggression that has won they band so many fans, hell Earache Records was virtually set up just to sell their stuff, that’s how passionate they can make you feel, at a time when mainstream Rock was wimping out Napalm cane along and did for the Metal scene what Punk did for Rock.

The tracks speak for themselves; Silence Is Deafening", "Vegetative State", "Instruments Of Persuasion" and "Morale". Do yourself a favour and pick up a copy, this is a great British band on top form, they even dedicate the album to the late John Peel who championed the band right form the start, what more do I need to say.
