It's been 15 years since the inception of Unleashed and you don’t have such longevity unless you have something very special to offer and that’s just what unleashed have.

Swedish Death Metal is world renowned and with quality such as is on offer here it's not surprising that it does, for a start the riffs don’t just rock they ROCK! like hell depends on it, creative, inventive and not once do you find yourself seeking the next track.  The quality of the riffs is staggering, we are talking Slayer / Metallica at their best here, yes that good.  They somehow manage to make it great to listen to without the word Melodic entering into the equation; I defy any true Metalhead not to like this.

The lead work by Fredrik is awesome throughout and the lyrical content of Viking invasion, Necrophilia, TV Evangelism, Satanism and Genocide, although the usual subject mater with Death Metal bands, Unleashed do it 10 time better than any of the other pretenders.  There are a lot of bands who claim= they are Death Metal and are nothing of the like but Unleashed really do deserve= to ware the Death Metal crown. Best tracks; the anthemic Metalheads (written in honour of their fans), Only The Dead, Helljoy;, "Long Live The Beast" and breakneck "Winterland".
