SFU return with a brutal, carnivorous slab of Death Metal that has made them fans all over the world and if you haven’t heard them, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN HIDING.

The titles of the songs tells it all "Sick In The Head", "My Hatred", "Murdered In The Basement" and "Braindead" you know what you r getting with songs like these, no nonsense Metal done in the Six Feet Under style with a guitar sound and production to kill for. The subject matter may be about violence but it doesn’t condone it, listen to "Amerika the Brutal" and listen to them chant NO WAR, you would be forgiven for thinking that this was not an American band as it has a very anti American stance at times, but it sounds good for it.

The package has had a lot of though put into it, with lavish art work, and the free DVD (yes another one) is a thank you to the fans and no extra charge for it, nice one guys. This proves that Death Metal doesn’t have to be totally melodic to gain the fans, as the songs have a very, Rock n Roll feel to them, I keep thinking that if Motorhead were a Death Metal band they would sound similar. This is a joy to listen to and pure escapism with a real message in it if you want to look for it, don’t miss out on this.
