GOD DETHRONED / INTO THE LUNGS OF HELL

With a name and a title like this you know what to expect from the music, even the artwork screams out, "GLAM ROCK", no not really "Death Metal. I must confess to having ignored this band, I know of them and had a couple of tracks by them but the latest from this Dutch band is an absolute treat.

The vocals are gruff, the guitars are heavy, the drums are maniacally fast and the lyrical content is, as you would expect, Death, Decay, Corruption, a typical Death Metal CD and you will love every minute of it. Whether it's the brutality of "Sooulsweeper" the bone crushing Metal of "The Warcult" or the rampant paranoia of "Enemy Of The State" it may not be original but the quality control is set to overload.

Do not overlook this great CD, especially if you like Death Metal, you will be missing out on some great music that will have you rocking in no item flat. As an incentive the first pressing comes complete with and extra CD with 2 studio tracks, 6 live tracks and 2 videos, how can you ignore it, I couldn’t and get hold of Ravenous their previous album, it's just as good.
