Most soundtracks are just an excuse to make money but this one is a CUT above the rest and leaves the rest, not only do you get 20 tracks half of them are previously unreleased as well.

The selection of bands for this type of compilation fall into 2 categories, the big guns and the up and coming. Of the big names you have unreleased tracks by Ill Nino, "How Can I Live", Murderdolls, a demo of "Snap" by Slipknot as well as new ones from Sevendust, Mushroomhead and a fantastic track by Killswitch Engage.

Of the new bands there is a tracks by Lamb Of God, and Devildriver who both put in a very good performance, couple this with good tracks by Stone Sour, Type O Negative and Powrman 5000 and you have a compilation that is as good as anything that Kerrang has put out recently, if not better.

There are no bad tracks on this CD and as I said half of them are previously unreleased.
