This is not a best of CD as you would expect but more of a moping up exercise, there are a few new songs, some rare mixes and some B-sides.

The new songs, "Frequency", "Terminate" and "Machine Debaser" were recorded just as the band split up last year. The remises are taken from hard to get 12" singles, some are very dance orientated but good never the less. The alternative versions of "Invisible Wounds" and "Descent" are of particular interest as they do add a new dimension to the songs. There is also a song called "Dark Bodies" which eventually became "Invisible Wounds".

Not exactly essential, one for the fans but there are a lot of them, me included, it was a great shame they split up, they will be missed.
