This is Doubledrive’s first CD for Roadrunner and with the success of Nickelback you can see why they signed them. I know that this type of music has come in for some criticism recently but when it comes down to in the end is just good song writing and Radio friendly material.
Comparisons with Chad’s crew are fair and like them their sound is solid, underpinned with strong melodic content and good songs. None of it is groundbreaking or original but what you do have is very listenable and you will find yourself singing along in no time flat.
