CROWN / POSSESSED 13

"The return of The Crown" says the cover on the CD, looking like a poster form a classic 50’s horror film but believe me there is nothing to be horrified of on this CD as it is top notch Death Metal with a touch of Thrash and a bit melody throne in for good measure.

This is the Swedish bands 13th year in their career, there are 13 tracks on it, so they called it Possessed 13 and they play such good Metal that you could easily believe they were possessed. They are on top form and there is not a duff track anywhere on this CD, the guitars are chock full of juicy riff laden chords, the vocals are menacing and the drums thunderous, when you hear the lumbering giant of a track that is "Zombiefied" you will be impressed, no doubt at all. This track is not alone either as "Narashead Overload" and "Dawn Of Emptiness" will prove The Crown really are aptly named, as they do deserve to ware the Metal Crown.

First pressings of this even come with a bonus 13 track CD of 2 early Demos tapes and extra tracks a veritable two headed monster that you cannot be without. Trust me this rocks.
