This is Cradle Of Filth’s major label debut and despite there being nothing really different on it what the extra money has meant is the ability to get the best out of each song. Where as before they would have to settle for a sample of a choir or an orchestra they can now have the real thing and this helps no end.

The CD is long and a concept album as well but before you run screaming out of the room, don’t worry it’s just a good idea that ties all the tracks together about, good and evil, heaven and hell and the fall of mankind, it sound quite heavy now that I have put it into print but it works. Tracks like Presents For The Poison Hearted and Babylon AD will find their way into the fans hearts in no time flat.

If you are a fan you will not be disappointed with what you hear, whether it will bring them new fans or not Cradle have now entered the big league and the world will know there name.
