BLACK LABEL SOCIETY / THE BLESSED HELLRIDE

If you thought that the last BLS album "1919 Eternal" was a bit of a let down and Zakk was only treading water, then I have some very good news for you, he’s back on form and rocking like a bitch.

Like the CD sleeve the music inside is simple, direct, uncluttered and full of Metal as good as it get’s, in fact some of the Riffs are worthy of the master of the Riff himself Mr. Tony Iommi, yes that good. Soaked in the blues and ready to burn at a moments notice, like an old oily rag. Titles like "Suffering Overdue", "Doomsday Jesus" and "Stoned And Drunk" proclaim that Zakk is back and means business. Hell even Ozzy makes an appearance on the track "Stillborn" and the acoustic driven title track is bordering on genius, inspired by the greats, Sabbath, and Zeppelin and totally awesome.

The track, "Funeral Bell" has a Riff that is so simple that I can’t believe it’s not been used before and could go down as one of the great Riffs of all time, it will inspire thousands to pick up the guitar and ape it.

This is totally indispensable, don’t miss out because you were let down by the last one.
