FEEDER / COMFORT IN SOUND

This is UK band Feeder's 4th full CD and they have matured well, despite the sad demise of their drummer Lee they have managed to come up with a positive sounding album and a worthy follow up to "Echo Park".

Feeder specialise in well-crafted, radio friendly, Rock driven pop songs and only A can come any where near them in terms of melody and songwriting. The first single "Come Back Around" is typical of what you will find on this CD and if you like that, you will not be disappointed with the title track or "Forget About Tomorrow". The track "Love Pollution" is a slightly slower song but so catchy I guarantee it will be coming out of every radio very soon.

With the tragic death of Lee this could so easily have been a downbeat album, with the guys trying to make sense of their feelings but instead they have come back with a very good and sometimes innovative album.
