WHEN GRAVITY FAILS / WHEN GRAVITY FAILS

This is a min album by a new band fronted by ex Cortizone man Nick Emery and their Alternative Rock, Soundgarden inspired songs are fused with atmospheric touches reminiscent of the might Tool, powerful and emotive, with mammoth size riffs when needed laced with hauntingly beautiful melodies. The contrast between the two styles makes for very entertain listening, put the track "New Tricks For Old Dogs" and you cant fail to be impressed and that’s not to mention the epic "Debutante" or the monotonous "The Enemy" but the tracks "Bitter" and "headlight" prove they can be just as effective with the shorter, more concise numbers.

This is a band to watch out for in 2006, Bruce Dickenson of BBC6 and Iron Maiden fame was so impressed he booked a session with them, better recommendation than that you can’t get.
